Get a signed, written statement from the witness and THEN
Complain to your boss in writing [send it by certified mail, don't skimp on this detail] that you feel you have been racially harassed, and then keep a copy. If anything happens again, then do the same thing.
Once you have a few letters, take them down to the EEOC and file a formal complaint.
If nothing is done, or they send you a "Right to Sue" letter, then hire a lawyer and file suit in federal court.
