A person can sue a governmental entity for denial of due process, however such cases depend greatly on the specific facts of each case, as such cases are extremely difficult, time consuming, and would depend greatly on what hyour damages or injury was.

Without knowing more about the facts of your case, it is impossible to know whether or not hyou can bring a lawsuit. You should speak to a lawyer.
