We have a home equity loan at a bank. We are not eligible for mortgage insurance because of our age. We received mail from a company selling mortgage insurance, and the envelope had info: LENDER: 000000000Bank

Mortgages are publicly recorded. Therefore, the company could have gotten your info from a public record.
