Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Wrongfully dismissed from a college program.

My daughter was unjustly dismissed from a college nursing program. She felt everything was fine until she was asked on 4/30 to attend a evaluation. At this meeting she was told that her ''careplan'' was not up to the teachers exspectiations and was dismissing her from the Nursing Program....This was her fourth year with one year to complete her degree. Do I have a case?

three questions before i can answer. 1. public school or private school? 2. do you think she was being discriminated against because she is in a special group of people? if yes, what is that special group? 3. how were her grades and previous evaluations?
