Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
buyer's cold feet
I signed a note for a car yesterday but I am now rethinking the deal. Isn't there some law that says I have 72 hours to back out the deal if I so chose without any obligations. if so, what is it and where do i find it?

Re: buyer's cold feet
unfortunately, the answer is no, unless the dealer contacted you directly. that three day window only applies to business that have contacted you directly, i.e. a door to door salesman. however, check your sales agreement. i have seen some agreements that have that language in there. if it does, then take the car back.
