Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I ordered a leather sofa. The dimensions where off by 2-3 inches from the specifically advertised dimensions by the manufacture. The retailer is not doing anything. Can I dispute by deposit which was on a credit card until resolved or do I have to file something in the courts?

it sounds like you did not get what was advertized therefore you can dispute the purchase. You should notify your credit card company. Do you still have the sofa if so you should have the retailer pick it up. If they refuse to cancel the contract and or pick up the sofa you may have to file a legal action most likely in small claims court.
