Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Statute of Limitations for a Sale
I have a small mom-pop print shop. Over a year ago we sold a copy job (300 copies of a 6-page booklet) to a church. The other day I received a document naming--name removed--and--name removed--Company in a law suit. Seems that they didn't like the job, and now are demanding a refund.
Can this be done?

Re: Statute of Limitations for a Sale
There is a 4-year statute of limitations on contracts. This sounds like a contract dispute and that timeframe would apply.
You should contact an attorney ASAP about defending the case or a judgment will be entered against you.
I trust this answers your question but feel free to call or E-mail me on a free initial basis.
