changing a verdict
i was sued by this co. but recieved no court date but did respond to the letter sent they were awarded judgement with out my being thier and now are taking money from my bank account my question is can i go back to court to change this for im not the one who made these purchases and they have no signed permission paper by me for someone else they took it upon them selves to let this person charge on my account plus i have asked and they will not show me any of these signed statements for rentals what can i do

You do not indicate dates upon when you were sued when the judgement was taken, etc. It may be possible that you can file a petition to open the judgement or strike the judgement. This involves quick action, an actual defense to the claim an an explanation why you didnt respond sooner.
