Garnishment Interrogatories

In order to freeze a defendant's bank account against whom I have a judgment do I serve interrogatories on the bank where he does business as well as on the defendant after filing a writ of execution at the sherriff's office? Generally how do I freeze and levy a defendant's bank account?

Re: Garnishment Interrogatories

There are documents that have to filed with both the Prothnotary and Sheriff. Interoggatories must be served by the Sheriff. Suggest you speak with the Sheriff of your county as to his requirements. At this stage you might want to hire an attorney to assist you.
