Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

No longer PA resident. Can CA file suit in PA?

Hello,

I have a recent CC CO that is being handled by a CA/Attorney w/ a an office soon to be opened in PA. The CC Acct was opened in PA, but I now live in another state. This CA/Att. is notorious for default judgments and I am trying to stay on top of the situation. I've tried to deal w/ them, but I've came to the conclusion that I'd rather pay off a judgment. Must one be a resident to be sued in PA? Thanks Much.

If you delete the acronyms and write out the entire word so that I don't have to guess as to what you are writing about, I will try to respond to your question. I assume "CC" means credit card, but it's too much work to play "guess what this means."
