Being accused of something you didn't do

An officer said if he shows my picture to someone and they say I did it. He said I can be arrested for that crime. Is that true.

Yes. He can arrest you based on a photo identification, however the district attorney will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you committed the crime for which you were arrested.
