What to do about baby momma drama

If a baby momma is lying on you to get locked up, how can you get out of jail or to defend yourself? Also why is the bail so high? His bail is 75,000, how much is that we are suppose to pay to get him out of jail? Does he need a laywer or wittnesses for this type of case? Please help me?

Well if its $75,000 bail it must be serious charges. Whatever they are.

Does he need a lawyer? Absolutely.

Does he need witnesses? It would be helpful to know what he's charged with.
