After the Preliminary Hearing at the District Justices Offices how long before the arraignment at the Commonwealth Court?

This depends upon what county you reside in anywhere from 3-12 weeks....more or less under different circumstances.

Arraignment is not in Commonwealth Court. It's in the Court of Common Pleas. Time--Depends on the county. Can be from 1-3 months or longer.
