i was question by police after an accident which involved the death of my abusive boyfriend and gave a false statement that might cause me jail time n charged for a crime i didnt commit my children were also in the car and are recieving medical help

The easiest legal advice to give is NEVER talk to the police. It can never help you.

Now that you have and have not been truthful the best thing to do is find a good defense lawyer.
