Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
drug arrest
I was arrested in Indiana county Pa on possesion of marijuana and possesion of paraphanalia. i was arrested before in maryland for the same thing but the charges were dropped. is this on my permanant record or not since the charges were dropped? will i have to take a drug test at all? what will be the eventual outcome of the situation? should i get a lawyer?

You should definitely get a private attorney. You could be looking at some jail time.
