Drug Offense

What would I get for a possesion and paraphnaila charges? Also what is ARD and how hard is it to get?

Depends upon A.) the drug and B.) the drug paraphanaila? ARD is basically a get of jail for a guilty plea agreement for first time offenders.

if the substance is marijuana, and the paraphernalia is a carburetor of some type, you will get ard for a first offense. accelerated rehabilitative disposition will allow you to escape prison for your heinous toking. good luck.
