What Should I exspect
Charges are disorderly conduct failure to disperse risisting arrest
and aggravated assault on a pollice officer.
I an a first time offender i have no record i am only 18 and still attending high school the officer was only pushed not harmed. we were in front of my mothers house there was no were i could go and i never got read my rights.

You need to hire an attorney.
These are very serious charges. Aggravated assault on a police officer is a felony.
You need to hire an attorney who can negotiate a good plea deal for you, or maybe better, depending on the circumstances.
Don't delay in hiring an attorney.
