Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Hello. How can I find someone who can compose and send a cease and desist letter to the known person who is cyberstalking my friends and I? We know for a fact it is her and she has even attacked our employment.We all live in Philadelphia,PA. I have emailed numerous lawyers and I haven't received a promising reply yet. We need this down quickly as this possible as it is exacerbating and we fear for our jobs and livelihood. We will be looking into restraining orders, but we need to send this letter.Thank you.
