formal arraignment postponements
What are the possible reasons that a formal arraignment would be rescheduled? The formal arraignment has been rescheduled twice already by the DA.

In Allegheny County it can be something as simple as the paper work isn't done yet...or perhaps the DA is looking into the charges further to make sure that they're appropriate.
