Grand jury subpuena
Can the dea during a federal investigation be granted a grand
jury subpuena for testimony specifically in regards to a patient
of a doctor who is being investigated. More importantly, does
that subpuena grant immunity to the patient. Thank You.

The US Attorney issues grand jury subpoenas. If there is to be immunity that is for the patient to seek from the US Attorney. It would behoove the patient to talk to a lawyer.
