Is it legal for an adult female to carry a stun gun in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
Is answer different if the woman already possesses a CCW (concealed carry weapon/firearm)

It is not legal for anyone to carry a stun gun in Pennsylvania. Male, female, adult, juvenile, etc. Only law enforcement can carry them.
