Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I received a phone call from another state saying the police are looking for my brother-in-law. How can I find out if there is an active warrant out for his arrest and if it is an extraditable offense? He is staying with us right now and I don't want the police coming here after him.

Contact a lawyer to get in touch with the police in the other state. The lawyer can organize a surrender, and take your brother down to the police. That would ultimately minimize his problems and yours.
