Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have recently had a local police dept contacting my mother stating i have until wednesday to contact them or i will be going to jail, i am scared to talk without a lawyer and all they say is its regaurding walmart in my area, now i did take a sweeper and walk right up to customer service to return for a gift card so i could sell the card for cash, recently i have had several threats from a colored man , i saved all his texts stating he was going to kill me, my friend had handed him fake money and she blamed it on me, so this was the only way i could find money because i had lost my job, how much trouble am I facing? I am signing into rehab as well, but will i be arressted at pd?

This is Lawyer Michael Kotik's reply to your question:
First of all you should not talk to the police without a lawyer present. That will only lead to more trouble for you down the road. I would suggest contacting a lawyer who will then contact the police officer involved in the investigation and work out arrangements to surrender you without giving any statements.
At this time it is difficult for any lawyer to figure out exactly how much trouble you are in, because we don't necessarily know what the police officer wants to charge you with. I would suggest sitting down with a criminal attorney and explaining in great detail what had happened to you.
