Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

If someone writes a statement on me saying I was waving around a 6inch bladed knife in public. Why wait 2months. Shouldn't you consider a danger to the public and arrested right away.

Because the police had to check out the allegation. After all it could have be false.

There are circumstances where waving a knife around in public is not criminal. You could have been working as a sushi chef or oi one of those Japanese Steak Houses.
