fire dept unfair
our daughter was sex assulted by fire dept member we are fire dept members also they disclosed her name to their directors and then sent us a letter to stay of their property what can we do

There are insufficent fact to advise you . If your daughter was assaulted then this is a criminal matter. You do not indicate the age of your daughter which may involve other issues. I do not know exactly what your asking if your daughter was assaulted on the property of the fire department then you may have a claim or rather your daughter may have a claim against this agency or entity as well as the person who assaulted her.
