Wrongful termination

My supervisor has had a problem with me because i am Puerto Rican. I was told by him that he would rather a indian worker have my position because they work harder. He then called me retarted. i was called to the office by him after my shift was over on a Sunday morning. I was told i stole hours from the company which anyone knows that is not possible. A office employee told him it was his mistake and the supervisor dismissed him. I make $10.50 per hour and need this job . I am hurt mentally....

You may be the victim of national origin discriminmation. Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 you are guaranteed a workplace that is free from discrimination based upon your national origin. Your rights in regards to this type of discrimination may also be protected by state laws.
