Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

2nd DUI offense

I was just arrested for my 2nd DUI.

I used ARD for the first, and blew a .09.

on the second i blew a .12.

there was also a marijuanna found inthe car. Which i didn't even know was there... it couln't be more than a little bud.

What kind of penalties am I looking at? Is there any way to reduce these because of what i blew?

Re: 2nd DUI offense

A second offense with a BAC of .12 carries a sentence of 30 days to six months and pay a fine of not less than $750 nor more than $5,000. If they convict ion DUI Drugs the penalties are 90 days to 6 years minimum $1500 fine. You need to speak with an attorney. I offer free intial consultations.
