Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

2nd dui in Pennsylvania

I was just arrested for my second dui charge in PA. My first offense was 6.5 yrs ago and I have had no other legal issues or traffic citations. What are my chances for pleaing down. I blew a .18 and am awaiting the blood tests.
