2nd dui 7yrs after 1st one
i got my 2nd dui 7yrs after my first one and my bac was .21 and im wondering what is gonna happen to me if i will have to do alot of jail time

the answer depends on the county. some counties have special programs for second duis and some don't. some counties allow the second dui to be on house arrest. i need more information.
in addition, you may be not guilty. you may be able to fight the case. don't give up so easily!
