2nd offense dui
how long is the usual punishment for a 2nd dui,my first one was in 1999 and my second one happened in 2007

Punishment can range from 72 hrs incarceration to 90 days depending on blood alcohol level. Also one year license suspension.

It depends on your blood alcohol level and whether there was a refusal to take a blood/breath test. The higher the blood alcohol level, the greater the jail term.
