1st timr dui

my daughter was arrested and blew .123, she is 90 lbs and said she had one drink. does the blood test change the level at all? And what does she face as a 1st time offender? What are her options?

If accepted into ARD Program,License suspension 1-12 months. Alcohol Highway safety school and costs.

If not, conviction carries 2 days to 6 months jail, $500 - $5000 fine, Alcohol Highway safety school License suspension 12 months.
