Can I Beat this DUI?

I was charged with DUI General Inpairment. At the time I requested a breathalizer the officer said they dont use them anymore. He gave me a field sobriety and said I failed. I also had blood drawn, but when I got the paperwork it says no lab work requested. Do you think the officer fogot to request it?
