Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui

I was pulled off on the side of the road with my car turned off, due to car issues. A cop pulled up behind me and arressted me for DUI. When I recieved my summons in the mail not only was my name spelled wrong, but my birthdate, the date it says my breathalizer was given, and my ethnicity. Can I get the DUI charges dismissed because of all the incorrect information?? I mean, he even had the wrong date on the paper as to when he gave me a breathalizer which differs from my DUI charge date.

Re: Dui

If the police officer got the information wrong this could definitely be a case you can fight. You should give our offices a call as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Re: Dui

The other thing I noticed is that you may be able to fight this because the Commonwealth will have a hard time showing that you were in operation of the motor vehicle.
