Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

PA DUI Suspension

My license was suspended in PA for a DUI. I work in NJ. If I can arrange to get there by rail, would I be able to drive in NJ without risking the severe penalties (DUI reated) I would incur if pulled over in PA? I realzie I could still be fined for driving with a suspended license.

Re: PA DUI Suspension

If your license is in New Jersey according to the interstate Drivers License Compact whether your license is suspended and for how long is determined by New Jersey. If your license is in Pennsylvania then Pennsylvania is considered the home state and you would have to apply for a limited license.
