DIP Program in Pennsylvania
A first time offender on DUI, name was not called for the ARD program but was called for DIP program.
Pennsylvania :
Does anyone know the details of what a DIP program is? Do you still lose your license, and if you do lose can you be immediatley eligible for workers permit.
