Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

my dui was in 2001 got pulled over in 2006 for dui related my question when i got my dui then it was a 1 year suspension.how can the state drag a dui out for 10 years.i did my year dui suspension,but failed to restore my lic.i think this law is onfare and the people need to speak up.

A lot of people agree with you but a lot of people disagree also. As far as the extension for a second offense to 10 years as opposed to the previous 7 years, I don't think that has been challenged yet. It would be an interesting avenue to pursue but it wouldn't help your situation since your second offense was within the seven years.
