Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I had a DUI 8yrs ago when I was 18yrs old. I was not over the legal limit, but because I was under 21 I got charged due to zero tolerance. Now I just recieved another one and I am trying to find out if I will be charged with a 2nd offense or not. Will I go to jail? I went through ARD back in 99' when I got my first one.

It is your second DUI. There is a 10-year lookback period. There is mandatory jail time for second DUIs. The amount of jail time depends on your blood alcohol level or if you refused a chemical test.
