Pa DUI arresr
Law changed between the date of arrest and the date of conviction. Which date applies for penalty purposes?

I have no idea what the previous answer meant.
The new court decision indicates that the date of arrest is what counts for penalty purposes.

old law, unless the the new law says something about the old law. but if that is the case, you could argue it is unconstitutional. generally on dui's, its always old law in your situation.
