Responsibility of student loan in event of death
As a co-signer for my daughter who died in a car accident do I have the responsibility to pay this loan back to the University? Thank-you, need help in the Carolinas.

Well, I don't have any idea what kind of loan you're talking about. If you're talking about a government loan, they typically are forgiven upon death of the recipient. If you're talking about a private loan, they are typically NOT forgiven.
If you're talking about a loan FROM a university, that's anybody's guess.
You need to look at the loan documents/contract that was signed to get the loan. Your answer is in there.
