Legal Question in Elder Law in Pennsylvania

my mother was required to be placed in secure facility due to severe dementia. she has several bank accounts but no records. I have power of attorney but how do I start in accessing her accounts to pay the nursing home bills?

By contacting the banks and completing whatever paperwork they require. If you end up needing legal help in this, feel free to contact me. Keep in mind that you are a 'fiduciary' required to maintain thorough records of properly handling her assets in order to avoid legal problems and accusations.
