Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My 9yr old twins were left with there 14yr old brother and another 14yr old as well.. long enough for the ones mom to goto the grocery store.. does this constitute being unsupervised or left alone? In pa???

Maybe but were you available to supervise the twins? How responsible is the 14 yo. ow long were they left with the 14 year old? Anything bad happen to the 9 year olds? Have you discussed the issue with the kids mom?
