My daughter married and is pregnant to but separated from a man on Social Security Disability due to mental illness. Can she get money from him to help with the medical expenses of the pregnancy - it is his child?

In Pennsylvania, spouses have an obligation to support each other. Your daughter could file for spousal support; however, your daughter should consult with an attorney in order to know whether doing so is in her best interest.
