How to change child's last name after marrige.

I am getting married Oct 2009 to child's biological father. Parturnity has not been established yet. He and I are willing to sign papers stating so. How do I change her last name to my married name.

How can he be the biological father if paternity hasn't been established?

One way is to file for the name change of a child. Much easier than the name change of an adult.
