Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support and new marriage

I have been disabled for over a year. I have begun the process for SSDI but am not currently earning either a wage or benifit. Can they attach the wage of my current spouse for child support?

Your current spouse's wages cannot be attached. However if you file joint tax returns any tax refund can be interecpted and applied to past due support. If you haven't you should file a petition to modify support based upon your disability as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.
