Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

childs welfare

My ex's mother has alzteimers disease and he leaves our 7 month old son alone with her for long periods of time. What can I do to get it court ordered that he is not to be left along with her unless their is adequate supervision? I truly believe he is in danger when he is keft alone with her.

Re: child's welfare

Have you talked to your ex to about this situation? It will be quicker and less friction than immediately going to court if you can work it out between yourselves.

If that is not possible or the ex fails to see the problem and will not fix it then by all means file a custody petition ASAP. The case will end up in front of a custody master fairly quickly.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
