cohabitation definition

My friend's ex-husband plans to lend her money to buy a house. He is very generously charging her only 1% interest. In the loan agreement, he states that she must repay the loan immediately if she cohabits or marries. What is the legal definition of cohabitation in Pa? Is there a length of time that establishes cohabitation?

Re: cohabitation definition

To quote a judge I know. Cohabitation is living together and doing it. There is actual case law defining it. However, I think the judge definition is easier to understand.
