contempt /modification

my husband has legal custody of my 5 yr old girl. i have desperatley for months been trying to get help with legal issuses. my concerns are validated. i've contacted gov randell about mu girl's health n well being. her teeth are rotting out and she is 5 and a half yrs old and only weighs 30lbs !!! i have no money for legal help. children n youth state for me to document things with doctores n hospitals, however my hubby keeps me out of school and doctors without his permission, also he moved n taken my daughter to same school out of area in which he lives in. he calls the police when i try to contact ny daughter for harrassassment, even though i have partial custody with 50 %legal custody. his new gal pal refuses to let me have phone contact with my child.when i left my husband i had no money and left because of abuse.he took me to court 4 days after i left for custody along with his parents whom we were residing with for 4 yrs. my girl is 5yrs old.. now he moved with girlfriend and their new baby and refuse to take proper care of my 5 yr old.he is under contempt for lack of vacation, phone contact,dr and school contact.how do i get modification and up-date my court order? I'M DESPERATE to save my girl and can't sleep at night .

It seems like you would have a good case for contempt of custody. Additionally, your daughter's medical condition could be the basis for an emergency motion for modification of custody.
