Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody Mess

Would it be possible for me to get joint custody of my 2 daughters (ages 2 & 4)? My ex put a PFA on me in 2005, but the children weren't covered on it, as a result, i went through supervised visits, which are now complete, and the PFA is over. i only get my children every other Sat. for 8 hours, my ex refuses to give me any extra time, and usually cancels and reschedules visits. I had sent her a letter requesting information about our children (school, dr's, etc) to which she says that its none of my business. we started the court process August 2005, and she is now on her 3rd lawyer (she continues at fire them). How do you prove Parental Alienation ? How do you suspect that a judge would rule in this case?

Re: Custody Mess

The PFA over or not will be a problem.

As far as school information while you ex doesn't have to give it to you the school does.

The fact that she's on her 3rd lawyer is a very interesting fact. Especially because by most standards she appears to be getting what she wants and jerking your chain.

Without knowing who the judge is and a lot more facts than what you have given it would be hard to predict how any court would rule.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me, the initial consultation is free.
