custody/visitation

my son is 19 and hearing impaired his ex girlfriend just had there baby and now refuses to let the baby go with the dad on weekends to see his grandparents or the rest of his faimly what rights do i have as a grandparent do i have to see the baby without causing problems in the faimly

Re: custody/visitation

You can sue for Partial custody or visitation. That said so should your son. Even if mom is granted primary custody. A custody order will grant him rights as to partial custody and visitation. Without it he has few enforceable rights to see his child.
