Divorce

I am going to go through a divorce, he is now out of the marital property. What is he obligated to pay. I am afraid of getting stuck with all the utilities and rent. Also we have a car in both our names am I allowed to use that car also?

You have the right to spousal support. To get it you need to file with the domestic relations office for your county.

I don't see why you can't use the car.
